Akuvox video intercoms at the main door. Residents answer on the Akuvox app and let visitors and deliveries in from anywhere. Access control from Akuvox or Hartmann Controls, chosen to suit the building. When a fob is lost or a tenant moves out, that fob or code is removed without changing locks.

Access by schedule and resident group, so the gym or party room opens only to the people and hours the board approves.
