Rural properties need one honest caveat. Josh.ai does most of its processing locally but still requires an internet connection; if the internet drops, Josh.ai can’t be used until it’s back. Your switches, keypads and each device’s own controls still work, and we’ll look at your connection and network during the walk-through.
